ABSTRACT GUIDELINE
- Abstract must be in one paragraph only consist of 200-250 words.
- Abstract must be written in English and free of spelling and grammar mistake.
- A good abstract contains a background, problem statement, objective, novelty, benefits to society etc.
POSTER GUIDELINE
Poster size is A4 (landscape or portrait). Please follow InIIC format as below:
- Names of Project
- Leader, Project Members & Institution
- Introduction/Background
- Problem Statement
- Objectives
- Novelty
- Benefit to the user
- Benefit to the society
- Commercialization potential
- Awards/recognition received
VIDEO PRESENTATION
The instructions for the video submission are:
There is no restriction to use other support video presentation such as Canva, Powtoon, Spark video, power point video presentation or a recording of you presenting the product. We suggest you to emphasis on the evaluation criteria as shown in the 'Home' section. A clear and creative video presentation may give a good impression to the juries. VIDEO DURATION IS STRICTLY LIMIT TO 5 MINUTES ONLY.
- Video length must not exceed 5 minutes.
- Please make sure that the video is:
- Clear sound and lighting
- Minimum background noise
- Start the video with InIIC introduction video. You may download it here.
- Please submit a Google Drive video link on the 'Submission' tab above. The steps below might help you if you are not familiar with Google Drive sharing.
- Log in to Google Drive
- Upload the video
- Right-click > Get link > Anyone with the link can view > copy link
- Please note that we will upload the video on InIIC YouTube channel. By participating in this competition, consent is given to the organiser to publish it online.
- The juries will be given the YouTube link to evaluate.
- You may participate in the YouTube Lucky Draw Contest. Please refer the contest poster on 'Home' tab for more details.

The organiser of InIIC Series 2024 will publish a chapter in book (with e-ISBN number) in conjunction with the event. Participants are invited to submit a full paper of 4-5 pages describing your innovative project. The full paper must strictly follow the template below and contain abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, results & discussion, conclusion & recommendation and reference. Figures or tables must not exceed 50 percent of the essay. The fee for the publication is FREE OF CHARGE. RM10 is charged to an additional page (6th onwards). We highly encourage you to proofread the article before submitting it.
The publication is not compulsory, but you are highly encouraged to submit it.
The essay submission (by email to [email protected]) must be submitted no later than 21 October 2024. No submission is accepted after the deadline.
