I want to clarify based on your information in website. It's stated that the last submission is XX, meanwhile the venue is on XX My question is when will the participants get loa from iniic? Because before the venue there are lot of documents that need that loa. We as the international participants do mind in that decision. As international participants we should prepare many documents far months before venue. You as the committee of iniic please consider that decision again.

If you need the acceptance letter few months before the event, please register your team now and do not wait until the last minute registration. As stated on the website, a notification email will be sent to you after the registration. Normally it takes only one working day. For the international participant must pay USD 150, that is for a team or one person? USD 150 pay just for abstract or include full paper or we must registration again for full paper? Is USD 150 include hotel, meal and accommodation for all of member a team?
- The fees for the international team are USD100 (Category C: Student) and USD150 (Category A & B: Non-Student). The fees are per group unless there is an extra member (please read the criteria here). It is not including the accommodation and only 1 person will get the meal coupon. You can buy extra coupon later. The essay is not compulsory. If you send, the publication cost is USD15, one book will be given freely. You can buy an extra copy at the venue.

- The fee for Higher Institution Student is RM340 per group. Starting 2018, the publication for chapter in book is charged RM50/USD15. You will get one hardcopy free, but the additional copies are charged. No cost for journal (if selected).
I would like to enquire further about the full paper. Should I send full paper immediately after the registration and abstract submission or should I send the full paper after I received the LoA?

After paying our registration fee and submitting our abstract, are there anymore stages that we need to compete in or are we eligible to travel directly to the competition venue?
- The steps are as follows: Register your team, wait for the acceptance letter, make a payment then you are done. All you need to do is to prepare your project presentation. If you would like to submit an essay, please do so by the deadline. It is not compulsory though.
What should we prepare in advance, besides the abstract, after registering our team for the competition?
- Your accommodation, transport to the venue, and presentation preparation.
Are the teams who have won the Diamond categories the only teams eligible for a cash prize?
- Yes, cash is only given to diamond award in each category
Is it allowed for one team to send more than one abstract with different leaders?
- A project is allowed to have one abstract and one leader only. If you wish to submit another abstract and leader, you may register for a new project/ team here.
Can I use application that already published in a journal? However, that application has not joined any competition yet
- Yes you can join the competition. The publication is a bonus to your project.
Can the members from different university with the leader?
